Nice technique, though I can see a few limitations:

- It's limited to solid monochrome rounded boxes because, while the corners are images, it relies on CSS borders to supply the top, bottom, and sides.

- This method wouldn't work with transparent corner images because it relies on images covering one another opaquely.

- These boxes shrink well but they expand poorly: in Firefox the boxes start breaking up on the fourth zoom. That might be tweakble.
