redesigned the following site. I tested it with IE 6, FF, Konqueror, and Opera. With Opera 9 the navigation isn't displayed correctly, with Opera 8.x no errors occur. The horizontal rule still behaves strangely with IE - it should always be 66% wide, however IE shows it on all pages except the home page about half. And an additional problem: IE doesn't print the background image of div#header.
