In light of recent events, following are general guidelines issued to

General Appearance
- clothing inappropriate for season (eg coat in summer)
recently shaven/haircut
bulges under clothing
long sleeves (covering parts of the palms)
Luggage
Larger than normal
stickers
unusual bulging in some places
unusual changes made to the luggage
protruding wires,switches etc (possibly leading to pockets of suspect)
Behaviour
uptight,nervous,hesitant
excessive perspiration
movement - determined,zigzagging,observing or waiting
slow/heavy movment
apathetic
attempt to avoid security forces
checking clothing frequently
wide pupils
nervous or hesitant mumbling
visible veins
When spotting a suspect, immediately call 100. The telephonist will
ask you to furnish as many details as possible about the suspect, as
well as your exact position and that of the suspect. you will be
asked when you last saw the suspect and whether you presently have
the suspect in your vision.
you will be asked give your own details and the telephone you are
calling from, also asked to keep the the line open. you will be
requested to wait on the spot or to wait at an agreed place until the
police arrive.
