Does anyone know what the hours of the post office branches in Bet Shemesh and RBS-B are supposed to be. A whole group of us found ourselves standing outside a closed PO in RBS-B at 12:20 on Erev Shabbat. The package notices we all had said the hours were supposed to be til 13:00, but the PO closed at 12:00 instead. Do we all have reason for complaint or has Reshut HaDoar really changed the closing time to 12:00 and not printed new stamps and window placards with the new times?
