First off, I would never try to manage partitions on any server while in production. Whatever you use, you need to be sure to:
1) have a backup of the server 2) you do it off shift Regards, Hank Arnold Microsoft MVP - Consumer Security My Blog: <http://it.toolbox.com/blogs/personal-pc-assistant/> http://it.toolbox.com/blogs/personal-pc-assistant/ Twitter: @Hank_PCDoc Facebook: <https://www.facebook.com/hank.arnold.96> https://www.facebook.com/hank.arnold.96 From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David McSpadden Sent: Tuesday, April 7, 2015 10:54 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [NTSysADM] OT Free partition software I have a Server 2003 that will not get decommissioned anytime soon. Really need to extend the C: (OS) drive (Dynamic no pagefile). It is a VM now but the extra space I gave the C: drive is just sitting there mocking me. How can I get this drive to extend? Hopefully without a shutdown or reboot?
