For all that stuff, I would recommend  Lumia 930 cellphone. It has no
physical keyboard, but it's not that dificult to adapt, it's just a
question of use.
As for the cost/quality, I think it's probably the best cellphone on the
market. And there is also the OS question, as WP10 integrates quite well
with windows operating system.
