Desktops monthly, usually by EOM, pushed to Pilot group first, then Production a week or so later. Servers are Quarterly, unless Critical updates come out for Server OS's, then we patch including all previous to the last Quarterly or last time patched. DEV/QA environment done by EOW of patch Tuesday.
