I'm not seeing this update available in SCCM, despite the fact I have Critical Updates and Office 2013 checked on the SUP properties:

But when I look at the applicability of KB3039779, which according to the KB notes here (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3039779) applies to Lync 2013 and not just Skype for Business, I only see about 50 systems that require it. Has anyone seen this before? Any idea why it wouldn't be applicable to the other 450 with Lync 2013 installed?
