The product is licensed and when the license key expires the product stops working. Our license key for the product expires in November. I have tried to get in touch with enterprise with the company you mentioned below and have not received any response through email or phone. Any other recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for other products that can be used to archive the ACS database for over a year?
