At this point, it’s probably best to wait – the latest ADK available is 10075 and it has plenty of bugs, you have to update the MDT 2013 Update 1 . The ADK should be available on the 29th, Windows 10 VL bits on August 1st, and MDT 2013 Update 1 bits hopefully shortly thereafter.
Thanks, -Michael From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Steve Whitcher Sent: Tuesday, July 7, 2015 1:57 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [MDT-OSD] Is there an MDT & ADK available that works with current Win10 builds? I was going to start playing with an MDT task sequence to build a reference image based on the current Windows 10 builds, but I'm not sure that's possible. From what I'm seeing, the MDT build available on connect, and the most recent ADK preview, are old enough that they don't work with current builds, or require lots of tweaks etc to get working. Is that pretty much the state of things currently, or is there an updated version that I missed? Assuming the best bet is just to wait for the final MDT and ADK releases at this point, is there hope of those being released before the 29th, or should we expect that they'll come after? It would be nice to have a task sequence ready to drop in the RTM bits later this month, create a ref image, and get it loaded in to SCCM to image a handful of early adopter machines shortly after GA.
