Hello, In my environment I have one SQL server which is a non-domain server and it is currently being monitored by SCOM using certificates, and everything works great.
Unfortunately the SQL instance is not being monitored and I would like to do this too, if possible. I tried to follow the steps from Kevin`s blog: http://blogs.technet.com/b/kevinholman/archive/2010/09/08/configuring-run-as-accounts-and-profiles-in-r2-a-sql-management-pack-example.aspx without too much luck. Of course it works great for SQL instances domain joined but not for workgroup servers. What am I missing here? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bogdan.
