EVERYTHING wants to hook into Microsoft's cloud! To get into Store you must have Microsoft user ID. I suspect this will be an issue for domains, I know I would hate to have to allow a Microsoft user ID as a domain login! I have seen negative comments about hiding Cortana's hooks into Microsoft but they are easy to disable once you know the term to look for, Inking.
