Support staff and all that seem to be the same. There's supposed to be a new version coming out at the end of the month-ish, and in the Business Premium version it's supposed to upgrade their 3rd-party patching tool (only available as part of Business Premium) to keep better track of security patches, rather than merely being a tool to push out current major revs.
