We have it declined now, but not before it hit the majority of the machines.

Yes we are seeing it as well.  We declined the update for now.

Is anyone else having issues with Lync/Skype for Business 2015 after installing 
the update 3114351?  After it is installed, it prompts the user for 
credentials.  That does not work.  Only way to make it work is change the 
configuration from Automatic to Manual and specify the server.  If you remove 
the update, it works just fine on Automatic!  Just curious if anyone else is 
seeing this?
