MDT is freely available for all customers.  Technically, it’s designed to 
deploy volume license versions of Windows, not retail or OEM ones.  But pretty 
much any customer large enough to get some value from MDT would also be large 
enough to sign a VL agreement.

Sorry had this in the SMS group but should have been here:

I believe this is an internal MCS offering but did see a 1.0 in the public 
years ago.  MCS did a Win 8.1 project for a client with an updated MDT Solution 
Pack.  That client now wants to get to Windows 10 is wondering if there is an 
updated MDT Solution Pack for Win 10 available publicly or do they have to ask 
MCS directly?
