Is there a reason you’re not opting to use the site server computer account instead of using a named user account?
…it may be easier do to use the site server’s computer account for Client Push use the site server computer account, adding the account to local administrators on all computers. This is actually more secure than using a named user account, because the site server’s computer account password is unknown and cannot be used to logon to machines whereas someone does know the password of the named user account. I don't remember and I can't find documentation as to the behavior - I found documentation that confirms you have the ability to use multiple client push accounts, but that's all.
