If you did an Available deployment, and someone installed the application from Software Center, then uninstalled the application somehow, SCCM will not reinstall the application automatically. But the application will move from the "Installed Software" tab to the "Available Software" tab. (Unless the application in question supersedes an application on the computer -- then an Available deployment will trigger an automatic installation on the client.) William
