There are different versions of the OffScrub utility from MS that should do
what you want. It's a VB script that you can run silently. They have them
for 2007, 2010, 2013 (I tweaked one to work with 2016). Start here:

Subject: [mssms] Office Cleanup Tool

I'm getting ready to move my users to O365 with Office 2013. Right now,
most have my clients have Office 2010 Pro Plus installed with a package
created using Office Customization Tool (OCT). Many users have that along
with Visio and/or Project 2013, which also came from OCT packages. Some
users have Office 2013 from an OCT package.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a tool that will cleanly and silently
remove all of the OCT-based products so I can then go and install O365 using
Click-To-Run (CTR) installers? Ideally, I'd like to script the cleanup and
install together into a single app and deploy via SCCM.
