Do not use the latest version of ADK 10 . https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/configmgrteam/2015/11/20/issue-with-the-windows-adk-for-windows-10-version-1511/ Win10 upgrades and servicing will require WSUS 4 KB3095113 hotfix installed.
