If you captured it using SCCM, then yes you can import it into MDT. However, you may need to remove the system partition from the Wim. I.e your SCCM images have a 1-1 and a 1-2 format, whereby 1-1 is the system image and 1-2 the OS. MDT, in my experience throws a hissy and wont import the wim in this scenario.
If anyone knows of an easy workaround for this please share, but I generally just remove the 1-1 system partition in this scenario and it works fine.
