It will automatically get reset every 10 minutes that blog post is NOT a solution.
What error exactly do you get when you look at the report via the web interface? Keep in mind that you might have to enable remote errors to see the "real" error message. BTW, this is the preferred method to view reports as there is less overhead than via the console.
