Anyone else getting this error when attempting to upgrade a test site to 1603? My admin account is listed as a Full Administrator in SCCM.

Not sure why it took it that long though. Is there a way to manually trigger this upgrade? If I go to file, about in the console I'm seeing the right version for the site, but the console is still running the 1511 version. Thanks.
