Hello, I’ve got a Server2012 RDS Farm setup that we are decommissioning and have duplicated my applications in a new 2012R2 RDS Farm. I’ve created a new GPO that will add the new WebFeed to Users Remote Apps Folder in the start menu and all of the above have tested fine. The problem I have is that I see no way to remove the old RemoteApps of the 2012 deployment from the users Start Menu and Connections. Can someone point me in the right direction to do so? I’ve only found speculative answers online such as deleting the connections within the registry, and when I’ve followed the direction, I am now getting errors in the event log when the GPO trys to create the new 2012R2 connections. I’ll post more details about the specific error very shortly. If someone has directions on the correct method to remove RemoteApps from Windows 7 machines, that would be much appreciated.
