The only thing I saw was the event ID 1219, posted in the original thread. No other errors on the DC or the Terminal Server.

I have a client who started to have printing issues where the queue gets stuck. The user then tries to RDP into the server and gets the RPC server unavailable. In the event log of that machine they are connecting to, they get event ID 1219, Logon rejected for user. Unable to obtain Terminal Server User Configuration, Error: The network address is invalid.
