Has anyone ran into the Service Connection Point not working correctly? In the
Connectorsetup.log it shows in was installed successfully but they the Uploader
tries to send the telemetry will not send. Here are some pieces of the log.

Then in the downloader log file it keeps repeating this.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going on with this? We have a single
primary with remote DB and a site system setup to handle the Service Connetion
Point function. OS is 2012 R2, SQL is 2014.
