Ahh, yes.  Thank you for finding and linking to that, Jonathan.  I was
really not looking forward to having to recount that story. It was such a
nightmarish time trying to isolate and document the series of failures with
those devices.  My upper management that "sold" them to our clients really
didn't want to believe what I was trying to tell them.  And of course, they
looked like fools to the clients they sold them to, which didn't help the
situation.
