Hi All, I'm hoping someone with a deep knowledge of how Compliance Baselines (DCM) and in particular the SQL database architecture can assist with this question, because I spent 2hrs on the phone with Microsoft premier support yesterday to no avail (they didn't seem to know much about Baselines/DCM at all which was very disappointing).
Environment: SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 (5.00.8239.100), 1 x Primary site server running on Server 2012 R2 and 6 x DP. Issue: Compliance baselines are displaying stale summarization data. As I understand it the SCCM console and Summary reports pull data from SQL table "CI_ComplianceSummary" which should be populated when either the scheduled summarization (set to every 2 hours) or manual "run Summarization" task is executed, however this data is not updating in my environment. I know data in the baseline summarization data is stale because if I dig into the report to display by CI "Summary compliance by configuration items for a configuration baseline" current data is displayed which is different to the baseline summarization data within the SCCM console or report "Summary compliance by configuration baseline". Troubleshooting steps: 1. I've had my SQL team run a profiler on the database while I manually execute the summarization task, nothing stands out as being an issue. 2. SMSProv.log shows WQL and SQL queries being executed (see below), returning 0 of 2 which might point to the problem but why is it retuning 0 of 2? : [cid:image001.png@01D1A788.F0F95D00] Can anyone suggest what else I might do to find the root cause of this issue, or offer any advice on steps to try and resolve this problem?
