I installed yesterday on my dev box and have not encountered any issues as yet.
Although, there may be an issue related to multiple content types when saving from office 2003 to document libraries. It seems that this issue was introduced as part of one of the Daylight Savings patches and this patch is included in SP. So it's not really a new issue, but one to be aware of...
