Have you got Service Pack 1 for SharePoint Designer installed ? http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=B57C805D-2821-4625-A6F1-80725267F887&displaylang=en This service pack also includes all of the updates released for Office SharePoint Designer 2007 prior to December of 2007
