Though if they require any changes to the web.config, and this hasn't been done with a mergedAction (which I cannot seem to get to work) then you must make the changes to the web.configs manually and perform the recycles. I know there are other options for changing the web.config programmatically (I think I remember Clayton james haviong a good blog posting about it) but we have always ended up making the changes manually - anyone mastered another way of doing it?
