IThis is my first summer with the group. I'd like to join the summer discussion. I read The Reading Zone. It's good and all, but I think if you have read In the Middle, you have read it. It's updated and has a lot good books for kids, and management stuff, but it's not a real good study-type book. Our district is really pushing the writing now, Writing Through the Teen YEars sounds very interesting to me. Kim Hannan
