Having this time off has been a wonderful reminder that I need to take better care of myself. I don't know how to get that balance. 1. Keep working on that balance of teaching, exercise, and sleep... aren't friends and family only for vacations? 2. Take time to be silly, lighten up, play games with the students. We all need laughter. 3. Keep exploring Twitter for 5 minutes a day. 4. Could I add in 5 minutes a day of going to the school website and learning how to add little notes each day? 5.
