I agree, and for what it's worth ISTR that after workshops and tutorials were picked some months ago we did send a message out to all asking for their participation and publishing our timeline. as long as each release is better than the last, I don't feel too bad that feature $x will only be ready for next time.. I do feel quite bad about releasing with last minute modifications though (In past years I broke a number of grass releases that way).
