Just to verify, I find the same when making a VM from the mini-iso.
"mounting
/run failed"....
I pressed S to Skip, and the system came up OK. At the next reboot there
was no
error, but no Geospatial menu or any of the other LiveDVD panel
configurations ?

Hi Micha,
Which iso did you use for this result? mini or mini-backup?
For me pressing Skip does not bring up the OS
