You should now have subversion write privileges.
As a test to see if subversion works for you, can you please add your
name to the contributors.csv and translators.csv file, as per:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Disc#Subversion
Please let me know if you are successful in doing so.
