Luis,
With regards to steps to follow with regards to incubation, I suggest working through the Project Graduation checklist:
http://www.osgeo.org/incubator/process/project_graduation_checklist.html

In particular, I suggest it would be timely to focus next on the OSGeo Marketing criteria, which primarily is focused around the inclusion of your application and documentation on OSGeo-Live. The process for including an application on OSGeo-Live is explained here:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Disc#How_to_add_a_project_to_OSGeoLive
(First step is to fill out the application email to join OSGeo-Live)

We have just started build process for our next 6.5 OSGeo-Live release, so starting now would be timely.

 Key Milestones

10 Dec 2012 All new applications installed, most old applications updated
24 Dec 2012 Feature Freeze (all apps updated)
21 Jan 2013 English Project Overviews and Quickstarts complete
28 Jan 2013 User Acceptance Test (all apps installed and working)
18 Feb 2013 Final ISO sent to printers

Hi Justin,

Thank you for providing the details for the next step. I will fill the template next week.

Currently we use the CITE Forum mailing list to discuss TEAM Engine issues.

Hey Luis,

With some help from Jody it seems like the general incubation path looks like:

Answer this questionnaire:

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Project_Status_Template

Do a code copyright/ip/license review:

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Code_Provenance_Review

Go through the final check list.

http://www.osgeo.org/incubator/process/project_graduation_checklist.html

@Jody and folks: do I have that right?

Assuming so Luis is looks like the first step is fill this out.

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Project_Status_Template

Also, as per Jody recommendation i should get on the project developer or mailing list. Looking at the teamengine site I don't see a link to a mailing list? Is there one specific to the teamengine project? Or is the cite-forum list typically used for that type of discussion?
