OSGeo-Live 6.5 Project Overviews and Quickstarts are mostly complete,
and we are calling on help to translate these documents over the next
two weeks, by 11 February 2013.

Basically:
1. Documents ready to translate are marked as "6.5final" in our status
spreadsheet

2. Currency of translations is determined from subversion timestamps is

This process has hopefully been simplified from prior releases, by
replacing our prior Translation Spreadsheet
