I got this alternaive URL from Massimo di Stefano
http://geofemengineering.it/osgeolive/ossim.tar.gz
but I don't know what will be the permanent download location, so I didn't
commit any changes to the install_ossim.sh.
(I guess he'll take care of it in time)
