#1147: Non free libraries included in gvSIG and Kosmo packages

Recently we found out that Kosmo and gvSIG include the MrSID and ER-Mapper
ECW (3.3) libraries bundled with their project packaging.
We are worried that this kind of software is not redistributable.
We have located those libraries in the lib directory of the above projects
(libNCSC*.so libNCSE*.so libjecw*.so etc)
Those must be removed prior to release.
