All the libs in ```/usr/lib/kde4``` are mainly KDE4 libs so it's normal
(and good thing I suppose) that they are not there anymore.
For the plugin I updated the marble-qt package so it depends on marble-
data and marble-plugins, so it'll will install them automatically.
