uDIG Quickstart has references to external WMS Service and should use a
pre-configured WMS Service from OSGeo Live WMS Servers, like Geoserver,
MapServer.
Two reasons:
* external services are not accessible from a VM running in offline mode
* availability of external Services is not guaranteed
Suggestion: Use MapServer because JVM has not to be started for e.g.
GeoServer
