In 7.0 RC1 I see that the fix is '''not working'''. Maybe Jerome's commit
has not propagated around to mirrors??
It might be worth to leave the patch in place. If the UbuntuGIS package is
already fixed, no harm done in running the patch (it won't do
anything...).
