Confirmed still not-working (or inaccurate) in the latest 7.9 live nightly
build.
if you try to upload a layer you get presented with the login page, same
problem.
but if you use the credentials 'admin,admin' as found in the passwords.txt
file you can log in. I've just updated the quickstart with that hint with
r11218, but in general is the 'register now' button supposed to be there,
or is the quickstart wrong?
