Tilemill deb package has been committed to our ppa.

One can test the new package from alpha2:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install tilemill
}}}
I have tested this new package and seems to work fine.
I will try to apply a patch to avoid error messages on boot time and if
everything works fine I will un-comment the installer for next nightly
builds.
