Thanks for your Openlayers project overview and quickstart. They look good.
I've just completed a review, and have made some minor changes.
Could you please have a look and make sure they are ok.

One thing which might be incorrect is where you name a MapQuest layer as
'osm' (in Ex. 2 of the Quickstart). Can you please check and correct if
needed.
