The old sealing violation pain on the jai stuff was causing a misleading
exception due to a static initialization in a GN class that required the
jai imageio code. Seems the best fix to get this working reliably is to
chuck away the jai jars installed in GeoNetwork lib after installation -
so a fix to install_geonetwork.sh will do this. Without the jai jars it
works reliably.
Could also extend the startup delay for the progress bar to take into
account longer startup time?
