A USB thumb drive with branding is a fine thing, useful and (quietly)
reusable too.
I think we can make use of as much storage as the budget can get..
16GB, 32GB or more.
however, all things considered, we should no advertise it as a boot medium

to make an order for about 1,000 of these so doing it manually may not be
an option, unless you have a really neat trick on how to do it 100 drives
