Can I hook up any FramedSource to any MediaSink?
In most cases, yes. (However, there are exceptions. For example, only a "H264VideoStreamFramer" (or a subclass) can be fed into a "H264VideoRTPSink".)
Specifically, can I use the first part of openRTSP to get subsession->readSource() and put it to a BasicUDPSink?
Yes.
Can I put it into more than one more sink, such as FileSink?
