The “testOnDemandRTSPServer” command doesn’t take any command-line argument.
Instead, it assumes that the file that it wants to stream is located in the
current directory. I suggest typing:
cd C:\Users\Lobna\Downloads\live.2017.01.26\live\testProgs
then:
testonDemandRTSPServer

However, the error message that you got suggests some sort of problem with your
Windows firewall.
Make sure that - initially - you run “openRTSP” on the same computer as
“testOnDemandRTSPServer”. Only once that works should you try running
“openRTSP” on a different computer.

Huh? How could you not know this? “testOnDemandRTSPServer” is, of course, the
RTSP server. “openRTSP” is, of course, the RTSP client.
