FYI, I’ve just installed a new version (2020.05.14) of the code that improves
the “LIVE555 HLS Proxy” by:
- Better supporting H.264 video streams that don’t include SPS and PPS
NAL units in the data stream, and
- Supporting H.265 video streams. (I have not actually tested this
yet; if you encounter a problem with proxying a H.265 stream, please let us
know.)
Next, I’ll see if I can support H.264/5 video + AAC audio streams. (Thanks to
Dan Desjardins for providing a stream for me to test this.)
